DOCUMENT CHECKLIST Visa Requirements for Vietnam Prepare the following documents before starting your application. All items are mandatory for successful processing.
GENERAL DOCUMENTS (Required for All Visas)
01 — Valid Passport Scanned copy of your passport bio page with at least 6 months validity from your date of entry into Vietnam and a minimum of 2 blank pages.
02 — Passport-Size Photo Digital color photo on a plain white background, front-facing, taken within the last 6 months. Size: 35×45mm.
OPTION 1 — VIETNAM E-VISA (Single Entry) Nepali passport holders must apply for a Vietnam e-Visa in advance. The entire process is 100% online — no embassy visit required as there is no Vietnamese Embassy in Nepal. Approved e-Visa is sent directly to your registered email.
Important: Your Vietnam e-Visa validity begins from your chosen entry date — not from the date the visa is issued. Select your entry date carefully at the time of application.
Entry is permitted only through approved Vietnamese airports, land borders, and seaports listed on the official e-Visa portal.
