3.1 Booking Confirmation

  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified per package) must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged by our team.

  • Any price changes after a confirmed booking will be communicated to you in writing.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@gomayu.com.

  • Cancellation charges apply based on the timeline before your departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

4.2 Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, government travel advisories, or insufficient bookings.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost.

  • We are not liable for any consequential costs such as flight bookings or accommodation made independently.


5. Passport, Visa, and Travel Documentation

  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport with sufficient validity and all required visas for your destination.

  • We provide visa assistance as a supplementary service. However, we do not guarantee visa approval as this is at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

  • We are not liable for any issues, losses, or additional costs arising from incomplete, incorrect, or missing travel documentation.

  • Please check the specific entry requirements for your destination well in advance of travel.


6. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Gomayu travelers.

  • Insurance should ideally cover personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, loss of baggage, trip cancellation, and flight delays.

  • We do not provide travel insurance directly. It is your responsibility to obtain adequate coverage before departure.


7. Health and Safety

7.1 Medical Conditions

  • You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or special requirements at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to decline participation if a health condition may pose a risk to you or others during the trip.

  • It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before travelling to any destination, particularly for destinations requiring vaccinations or specific health precautions.

7.2 Compliance with Local Laws

  • You agree to abide by all local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country during your travels.

  • Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  • We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from your failure to comply with local laws.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gomayu acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, and activity providers.

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expense caused by third-party service providers.

  • Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.


9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather

  • War, civil unrest, terrorism, or government restrictions

  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies

  • Airline cancellations, strikes, or infrastructure failures

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or refunds where possible.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and package information, is the property of Zeta Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
