GENERAL DOCUMENTS (Required for All Visas)
01 — Valid Passport Original passport with at least 6 months validity and a minimum of 2 blank pages.
02 — Passport-Size Photo Digital photo on a plain white background, taken within the last 6 months. Size: 35×45mm.
03 — Identity Document Clear copy of your Nepali Citizenship Certificate or National ID Card.
SINGLE ENTRY TOURIST VISA (TR)
Stay up to 60 days in Thailand on a single entry. Perfect for holidays and short trips. Processing Time: 7–12 working days (embassy delays may occasionally extend this). Application: Fully online — no need to visit any office or embassy unless specifically called for a verification interview by the Thai Embassy (rare).
01 — Round-Trip Flight Tickets Confirmed return tickets from Nepal to Thailand and back.
02 — Hotel Reservation Confirmed accommodation booking covering your entire stay in Thailand.
03 — Bank Statement (Last 4 Months)
Individual applicant: Minimum NPR 1,00,000 in your own account.
Married couple (joint or individual accounts): Minimum NPR 2,00,000 combined or in one account, along with a marriage certificate.
Family group: Minimum NPR 1,00,000 per adult. A relationship verification certificate is required. For each child, an additional NPR 1,00,000 must be shown in the parents' account along with the child's birth certificate.
04 — Visa Fee Approximately NPR 7,500 per person.
MULTIPLE ENTRY TOURIST VISA (METV)
Valid for 6 months from the date of issue, with multiple entries allowed. Each stay is permitted up to 60 days per entry. Best suited for frequent travelers or those planning multiple trips to Thailand within the year. Processing Time: 7–12 working days (embassy delays may occasionally extend this). Application: Fully online — no need to visit any office or embassy unless specifically called for a verification interview by the Thai Embassy (rare).

02 — Hotel Reservation Confirmed accommodation booking for your stay in Thailand.
03 — Bank Statement (Last 4 Months) Minimum NPR 7,50,000 with a stable statement showing consistent monthly income.
04 — Proof of Employment Official employment letter, latest pay slips, and tax clearance documents.
05 — Visa Fee Approximately NPR 30,000 per person.
TRANSIT VISA
Required if your Bangkok layover exceeds 12 hours, or if you must clear immigration to collect checked luggage. Available as Single Transit (one stop through Thailand) or Double Transit (through Thailand on both outbound and return journey). Processing Time: 7–12 working days (embassy delays may occasionally extend this). Application: Fully online — no need to visit any office or embassy unless specifically called for a verification interview by the Thai Embassy (rare).
01 — Destination Country Visa Valid visa for your final destination country (e.g. Japan, South Korea, Australia).
02 — Full-Route Flight Tickets Confirmed tickets showing your complete journey: Nepal → Thailand → final destination.
03 — Bank Statement (Last 4 Months)
Individual applicant: Minimum NPR 1,00,000 in your own account.
Married couple: Minimum NPR 2,00,000 combined or in one account, along with a marriage certificate.
Family group: Relationship verification certificate required. For each child, an additional NPR 1,00,000 in the parents' account along with the child's birth certificate.
04 — Hotel Booking (If Applicable) Required only if staying overnight outside Bangkok airport during your transit.
05 — Visa Fee Approximately NPR 6,000 per transit entry.
⚠️ ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUEST
The Thai Embassy may request additional supporting documents at any stage of the review process. If such a request is made, the applicant must submit the required documents within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in automatic visa rejection. Please ensure you remain reachable via your registered email and phone number throughout the processing period.

01 — Visa Approval is Not Guaranteed The decision to grant or reject a visa rests solely with the Thai Embassy. Gomayu Holidays facilitates the application process but has no influence over the embassy's final decision.
02 — Non-Refundable Service Fee The visa service fee paid to Gomayu Holidays is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or cancelled by the applicant.
03 — Accurate & Original Documents Required All documents submitted must be genuine, valid, and unaltered. Submission of fake, forged, or tampered documents will lead to immediate rejection and may result in future visa bans.
04 — Matching Details Across All Documents The name, date of birth, passport number, and all personal details must be consistent across your passport, bank statement, flight tickets, hotel booking, and any other submitted documents. Any mismatch may lead to visa rejection.
05 — Applicant Responsibility Gomayu Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection due to insufficient bank balance, incorrect documents, mismatched information, or failure to respond to embassy requests within the given timeframe.
