01 — Valid Passport
Proper scanned copy of both the front (bio) page and address page of your passport. Passport must have at least 6 months validity from your date of travel and a minimum of 2 blank pages.
02 — Passport-Size Photo
Digital color photo on a plain white background, front-facing, taken within the last 6 months. No hat, sunglasses, or tika. Size: 35×45mm.
SINGLE ENTRY E-VISA
Valid 180 days for a single entry into Malaysia with a permitted stay of up to 30 days. Ideal for first-time visitors and short holidays. The entire process is fully online — no embassy visit required.
Processing Time: 7–12 working days (immigration delays may occasionally extend this).

Confirmed accommodation reservation covering your entire stay in Malaysia.
03 — Bank Statement (Last 3 Months)
Individual applicant: Minimum closing balance of NPR 1,00,000.
Married couple (same statement): Minimum combined closing balance of NPR 2,00,000 along with a marriage certificate.
Married couple (separate statements): Minimum NPR 1,00,000 each, along with a marriage certificate.
Family group: Minimum NPR 1,00,000 per adult. Relationship verification certificate required. For each child, an additional NPR 1,00,000 must be shown in the parents' account along with the child's birth certificate.
04 — Employment or School Letter (If Applicable)
Salaried applicants: Official letter from employer confirming your position and approved leave. Students: School or college letter confirming enrollment and approved leave.
05 — Visa Fee NPR 8000
MULTIPLE ENTRY E-VISA
Valid for multiple entries into Malaysia within the visa validity period. Best suited for frequent travelers or those planning more than one trip. The entire process is fully online — no embassy visit required.

⚠️ ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUEST
Malaysian immigration may request additional supporting documents at any stage of the review process. If such a request is made, the applicant must submit the required documents within 24 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in automatic visa rejection. Please ensure you remain reachable via your registered email and phone number throughout the entire processing period.
📋 IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS
01 — Visa Approval is Not Guaranteed
The decision to grant or reject a visa rests solely with Malaysian immigration authorities. Gomayu Holidays facilitates the application process but has no influence over the final decision.
02 — Non-Refundable Service Fee
The visa service fee paid to Gomayu Holidays is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or cancelled by the applicant.
03 — Accurate & Original Documents Required
All documents submitted must be genuine, valid, and unaltered. Submission of fake, forged, or tampered documents will lead to immediate rejection and may result in future visa bans.
04 — Matching Details Across All Documents
The name, date of birth, passport number, and all personal details must be consistent across your passport, bank statement, flight tickets, hotel booking, and any other submitted documents. Any mismatch may lead to visa rejection.
05 — MDAC Responsibility
The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) must be submitted by the traveler before arrival. Denied entry due to incomplete MDAC is not the responsibility of Gomayu Holidays.
06 — Applicant Responsibility
Gomayu Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection due to insufficient bank balance, incorrect documents, mismatched information, or failure to respond to immigration requests within the given timeframe.
