DOCUMENT CHECKLIST Visa Requirements for Indonesia Prepare the following documents before starting your application. All items are mandatory for successful processing.
GENERAL DOCUMENTS (Required for All Visas)
01 — Valid Passport Scanned copy of your passport with at least 6 months validity from your date of travel and a minimum of 1–2 blank pages.
02 — Passport-Size Photo Digital color photo on a plain white background, taken within the last 6 months. Size: 35×45mm.
INDONESIA C1 TOURIST E-VISA (Single Entry) Nepal is not eligible for Visa on Arrival in Indonesia. Nepali passport holders must apply for a C1 Tourist e-Visa in advance. This covers all destinations within Indonesia including Bali, Jakarta, Lombok, and Yogyakarta. The entire process is 100% online — no embassy visit required as there is no Indonesian Embassy in Nepal.
Permitted Stay: Up to 60 days per entry. Extendable twice inside Indonesia (up to 180 days total). Processing Time: 7–12 working days (immigration delays may occasionally extend this). The visa must be used within 90 days of approval, otherwise it becomes invalid.
01 — Confirmed Flight Tickets Confirmed return tickets to and from Indonesia.
02 — Confirmed Hotel Booking Confirmed accommodation reservation covering your stay in Indonesia.
03 — Bank Statement (Last 3 Months)
Individual applicant: Minimum closing balance of NPR 3,00,000.
Married couple (same statement): Minimum combined closing balance of NPR 6,00,000 along with a marriage certificate.
Married couple (separate statements): Minimum NPR 3,00,000 each, along with a marriage certificate (not mandatory).
Family group: Minimum NPR 3,00,000 per person based on number of travelers. Relationship verification certificate required. For each child, an additional NPR 3,00,000 must be shown in the parents' account along with the child's birth certificate.

📋 IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS
01 — Visa Approval is Not Guaranteed The decision to grant or reject a visa rests solely with Indonesian immigration authorities. Gomayu Holidays facilitates the application process but has no influence over the final decision.
02 — Non-Refundable Service Fee The visa service fee paid to Gomayu Holidays is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or cancelled by the applicant.
03 — Accurate & Original Documents Required All documents submitted must be genuine, valid, and unaltered. Submission of fake, forged, or tampered documents will lead to immediate rejection and may result in future visa bans.
04 — Matching Details Across All Documents The name, date of birth, passport number, and all personal details must be consistent across your passport, bank statement, flight tickets, hotel booking, and any other submitted documents. Any mismatch may lead to visa rejection.
05 — Applicant Responsibility Gomayu Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection due to insufficient bank balance, incorrect documents, mismatched information, or failure to respond to immigration requests within the given timeframe.
