⚠️ IMPORTANT — How China Visa Works with Gomayu
No need to visit the embassy yourself. Once your documents are ready and payment is done, our visa team will collect your passport from your location (pickup available for nearby areas) and handle the entire embassy submission process at the Chinese Embassy, Rising Mall, Kathmandu on your behalf. Your passport with the stamped visa will be returned to you once approved.
GENERAL DOCUMENTS (Required for All Visas)
01 — Valid Passport (Original)
Original passport with at least 6 months validity and a minimum of 2 blank pages. Emergency or identity documents must have 12 months validity. Passports that are damaged, torn, or have missing pages will not be accepted.
02 — Passport-Size Photo
Recent color photo on a plain white background, front-facing, neutral expression. Size: 33×48mm.
03 — Personal Details Form
Complete personal information form covering your name, address, contact details, educational background, work experience (last 5 years), and family details including parents, spouse, and children. Gomayu Holidays will provide this form after you initiate your application.
04 — Previous China Visa Copy (If Applicable)
Photocopy of any previously issued Chinese visa. Required only if you have visited China or applied for a Chinese visa before.
TOURIST VISA (L Visa)
For tourism, sightseeing, visiting friends or family, and transit purposes. The China Embassy generally issues a visa with a validity of up to 90 days from the date of issue. However, the permitted duration of stay is determined by the Embassy based on the applicant's submitted itinerary and will be specified on the visa.
Processing Time: 10–15 working days (including document preparation, passport pickup, embassy submission, and return delivery).
01 — Confirmed Round-Trip Flight Tickets
Confirmed return tickets to and from China or itinerary with confirmed arrival and departure date.
02 — Hotel Booking
Confirmed accommodation reservation covering your stay in China.
03 — Cover Letter
Brief letter describing the purpose of your visit, travel dates, and planned itinerary. Gomayu Holidays will assist you in preparing this.
04 — Bank Statement (Last 4 Months)
Minimum closing balance of NPR 3,00,000. Statements must clearly show your name, account number, dates, and balance.
05 — Visa Fee: 6,500
BUSINESS VISA (M Visa)
For commercial activities, trade visits, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Processing Time: 12–15 working days (includes document preparation, passport pickup, embassy submission, and return delivery).
01 — Invitation / Commercial Activity Letter from China
Official invitation from your Chinese trade partner or inviting entity. Must include applicant details, purpose and dates of visit, places to be visited, financial source, and inviting party's full details with official stamp and signature.
02 — Recommendation Letter from Nepali Company
Official letter from your sending company in Nepal recommending the applicant for the business trip.
03 — Company Registration & PAN Registration
Valid company registration certificate and PAN registration documents.
04 — Confirmed Round-Trip Flight Tickets
Confirmed return tickets to and from China.
05 — Bank Statement (Last 3 Months)
Required for first-time applicants. Personal or company bank statement showing sufficient funds.
06 — Visa Fee
📌 WHILE IN CHINA — IMPORTANT RULES
Your visa is for visit purposes only. Any profit-making activity is strictly prohibited.
Do not overstay your permitted stay period.
You may not attend events as a speaker on a tourist visa.
Violation of visa terms may result in fines, deportation, or legal consequences.
Your visa can be extended or converted into another visa type from within China if required.
⚠️ ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUEST
The Chinese Embassy may request additional documents at any stage of the review process. Our visa officer will contact you directly if this happens. Required documents must be submitted within 24 hours to avoid delays or rejection.

01 — Visa Approval is Not Guaranteed
The decision to grant or reject a visa rests solely with the Chinese Embassy. Gomayu Holidays facilitates the application process but has no influence over the embassy's final decision.
02 — Non-Refundable Service Fee
The visa service fee paid to Gomayu Holidays is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or cancelled by the applicant.
03 — Original Passport Required
Your original passport must be submitted to Gomayu Holidays for embassy submission. Please ensure your passport is valid, undamaged, and has sufficient blank pages before handing it over.
04 — Accurate & Original Documents Required
All documents submitted must be genuine, valid, and unaltered. Submission of fake, forged, or tampered documents will lead to immediate rejection and may result in a permanent visa ban.
05 — Matching Details Across All Documents
All personal details must be consistent across your passport, bank statement, flight tickets, hotel booking, and other submitted documents. Any mismatch may lead to rejection.
06 — Applicant Responsibility
Gomayu Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection due to incorrect documents, mismatched information, or failure to respond to embassy requests within the given timeframe.
