We had an unforgettable 5D4N trip to Bali with Gomayu Holidays! From the very beginning, the communication was smooth, clear, and professional. Everything was perfectly organized; airport pickup, hotel check-ins, and daily tours were always on time, with no stress at all.
Our stay was split between a beautiful private pool villa in Seminyak and a comfortable room at Grand Mega Resort, both of which exceeded expectations. The itinerary was well-balanced with adventure, culture, and relaxation. We really enjoyed the watersports (banana boat, jet ski, parasailing), the stunning Uluwatu Temple with Kecak dance, and the romantic candlelight dinner at Jimbaran Beach. The Bali swing and tandem ATV ride were absolute highlights and so much fun! Visiting Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven) was magical and very well arranged despite the crowds. We had some spare time to visit the malls and try local food as well.
Special thanks to the guide and driver, who was friendly, helpful, super-flexible and always made sure we were comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about anything as everything was well-organized.

I travelled to Thailand with my parents through Gomayu.
We had to keep postponing the trip, but the sales associate I was in communication with, remained patient and professional. We were also able to customise our iteneray for the trip.
And while on the trip, all transfers were in great condition. We had prior knowledge for all the pickup timings and vehicles.
We had minors issues. Two or three instances, where the transfers were late. We were expecting the window seats in the dinner cruise in Bangkok, we had the aisle. And some airport guidance would have been helpful for us first timers.
And since my Mom has trouble walking long distances, we had to figure out how to use the buggy cart service at Sanctuary of Truth on our own. I had asked the agency for some assistance, but either they were unaware of this facility provided freely by the museum, or some other reason.
However, any complaints were dealt with great responsiveness and sincerity.
Overall, I would recommend Gomayu for your travels, and we would definitely consider travelling through them again in the future.

Just wow! The coordination, especially the fast and instant communication whenever needed and those constant and clear updates of our itinerary was among the best things. They focused on even the minor details like hotel room placement, cruise seatings and so on which I personally liked very much. Really glad I went to Thailand with Gomayu. Day 01
Drive from Kathmandu to Lumbini
- Early morning departure from Kathmandu (6:00 AM).
- Scenic drive along the Prithvi Highway via Narayangarh and Butwal (~8–9 hrs).
- Evening visit to the Maya Devi Temple, the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha (closing time varies by season).
- Dinner and rest at hotel in Lumbini.
- Overnight: Lumbini
Day 02
Explore Lumbini → Drive to Bardiya
- Morning sightseeing:
- Maya Devi Temple
- Ashokan Pillar
- Monastic Zone with monasteries from around the world.
- After lunch, drive west toward Bardiya (~7–8 hrs).
- Evening arrival at a jungle lodge near Bardiya National Park.
- Overnight: Bardiya National Park (Thakurdwara)
Day 03
Full-Day Jungle Safari
- Early breakfast and set off for a full-day jeep safari inside Bardiya National Park.
- Explore prime wildlife habitats: Babai Valley, Karnali floodplains, grasslands, and sal forests.
- Wildlife highlights: Royal Bengal Tiger, one-horned rhino, swamp deer, wild elephants, gharial, Gangetic dolphin (rare), and 250+ bird species.
- Bush lunch inside the jungle.
- Return to the lodge in the evening and enjoy a traditional Tharu cultural dance performance (subject to availability)
- Dinner and overnight in Bardiy
Day 04
Arrival in Kathmandu
- Morning guided jungle walk with a naturalist to track wildlife and enjoy birdwatching.
- Afternoon visit to the Karnali River:

Long Drive Distances
This overland tour involves 7–9 hour drives on several days. The routes are scenic but expect some bumpy sections. Regular stops are included for meals and breaks.
What accommodation standards can I expect?
Accommodations as customer preference with selected hotels in Lumbini and Butwal, plus jungle lodges in Bardiya chosen for location, comfort, and cultural authenticity.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if canceled 15 days before departure (processing fee deducted), 50% refund within 7–14 days, and no refund less than 3 days before departure.
Extra Activities & Shopping
Optional add-ons include cultural shows, village tours, or fishing by the Karnali River. Local shops sell Buddhist souvenirs in Lumbini and Tharu handicrafts in Bardiya.

Is this trip suitable for families?
Yes, families can enjoy this trip, but be prepared for long road journeys. Children especially enjoy the jungle safari and cultural programs.
What wildlife can I expect to see in Bardiya?
With luck, you may spot tigers, rhinos, elephants, swamp deer, gharials, dolphins, and many bird species during safaris and jungle walks.
Do I need special permits for this tour?
No special permits are required. Entrance fees for Lumbini and Bardiya are already included in the package.
