What’s Covered in Your Adventure
Your Journey, Step by Step
To improve your stay in Bangkok and Pattaya, we have carefully chosen lodgings that strike a mix between comfort, practicality, and local character.
Bangkok: You’ll be close to famous sites and busy markets, such as Khao San Road, at the Tints of Blue Hotel, which is centrally located, stylishly decorated, and conveniently close to the city’s main attractions. This will guarantee convenience and a sense of real city life.
Pattaya: The Swiss Paradise Boutique Villa provides a peaceful haven with quick access to the city’s beaches and entertainment. After touring the area’s attractions, spend a peaceful evening at this comfortable, well-regarded villa that prioritizes rest.
November through February are the best months to visit Bangkok and Pattaya because of the milder, drier weather. In other months, especially during the monsoon season from May to October, Thailand’s tropical climate is characterized by heavy humidity and rain.
You can easily visit outdoor locations like the Grand Palace, beaches, and marketplaces when you travel in the colder months.
Thai food, which ranges in flavor from spicy to sweet, is well-known around the world. When eating out:
Street Food: The street food in Bangkok and Pattaya is tasty and safe, but pick sellers that have a consistent stream of customers. Mango sticky rice, pad Thai, and fresh fruit smoothies are popular choices.
Hydration: Drink bottled water, which is readily accessible, to prevent stomach discomfort. Avoid immediately drinking tap water.
Spice Levels: Thai cuisine has the potential to be quite hot. You can ask for “mai phet” (not spicy) while placing your order if you have a low threshold for heat.
Floating Market Tour
An insight into Thailand’s traditional riverbank trade can be gained from Bangkok’s floating marketplaces.
To enjoy vibrant, bustling marketplaces on the sea, where local vendors offer everything from fresh flowers and tropical fruits to handicrafts and traditional foods, add a half-day or full-day trip.
Chao Phraya River ride
A nighttime river ride along the Chao Phraya is another enlightening experience. Savor traditional Thai food and entertainment while taking in Bangkok’s lighted temples and skyline.
Pattaya Coral Island Excursion
You can experience Pattaya’s coastline splendor up close with an optional day trip that takes you to Coral Island (Koh Larn) for beach relaxation and water activities like jet skiing and snorkeling.
