Travel Operation Executive

🛠️ What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to person making sure every trip runs smoothly—from visa to final boarding. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage visa processes: document collection, embassy coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups

• Coordinate international travel bookings: flights, hotels, transport, activities

• Ensure all logistics are ready before client departure: confirmations, vouchers, welcome kits, checklists

• Handle real-time issues: rescheduling, emergencies, last-minute changes

• Update CRM and trackers with booking progress, payment status, and client communication

• Liaise with vendors: airlines, hotels, local partners

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure package deliverability and timelines

• Support in invoicing and payment coordination (vendors + clients)

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can plan, coordinate, and execute with zero drama.

• 1–2 years in travel operations or coordination (freshers with the right mindset may apply)

• Strong communication in English & Nepali (verbal and written)

• Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred, not required)

• Positive attitude, ownership mentality, and calm under pressure

• Bonus: experience with visa processing or direct client handling
