We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Sales Expert to join our fast-paced travel operations team. As a key member of Gomayu Holidays, you will be responsible for handling inbound travel inquiries, converting leads into successful sales, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound travel inquiries from potential clients via calls, emails, and social media with professionalism and promptness.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client preferences and offering tailored travel packages and solutions.
  • Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the operations, ticketing, and visa teams to ensure seamless service delivery from inquiry to post-travel support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offers, and seasonal travel promotions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Provide after-sales assistance, handling any modifications, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience in inbound travel sales within a travel agency, tour operator, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel packages, and customer sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both English and Nepali.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, email communication, and lead management tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset.Preferred Traits

  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

  • Goal-oriented with a performance-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
