We are looking for a skilled and experienced Visa Processing Officer to join our fast-paced travel operations team. As a core member of Gomayu Holidays, you will be responsible for managing visa applications for multiple countries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications for various destinations including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bali, Schengen countries, and other international locations
- Review and verify all client documents for completeness and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements
- Prepare visa application forms, cover letters, and supporting documentation packages
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to track application status and resolve issues
- Provide clients with accurate information on visa requirements, processing times, and document checklists
- Handle complex cases including visa rejections, appeals, and reapplications
- Monitor changes in visa policies, travel restrictions, and documentation requirements across different countries
- Coordinate with the ticketing and sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end travel service
- Maintain accurate records of applications, client communications, and payment tracking in CRM tools
- Provide post-submission support to clients and troubleshoot urgent visa matters

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on visa processing experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy
- Deep knowledge of visa requirements, documentation standards, and embassy procedures for multiple countries
- Strong understanding of passport regulations, travel insurance requirements, and international travel norms
- Experience handling tourist visas, business visas, and transit visas
- Excellent communication in both English and Nepali
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in document verification and attention to regulatory details
