Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Video Editor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling travel videos that capture attention, tell a story, and drive engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the marketing and content team while developing skills in content strategy and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

🎬 Video Editing & Production

• Edit high-quality travel videos for social media and digital campaigns
• Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics
• Ensure videos align with brand tone and storytelling style

📱 Platform Optimization

• Create content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
• Adapt video formats (vertical, short-form, long-form) based on platform requirements
• Stay updated with current editing trends and viral formats

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators, marketing, and creative teams
• Understand campaign goals and deliver videos aligned with performance objectives
• Participate in brainstorming and content planning sessions

📈 Growth & Learning

• Continuously improve editing techniques and storytelling skills
• Learn content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing basics
• Experiment with new formats and creative approaches

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Understanding of social media content trends
• Attention to detail and creative mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
