This package operates primarily on a private basis, ensuring personalized transfers, accommodation, and guided experiences. Enjoy your stay at carefully selected jungle resorts and lodges offering comfort amidst nature. Rooms are provided on a double/twin sharing basis, combining modern amenities with a serene riverside or jungle ambiance. Room upgrades (deluxe or suite categories) can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

This package includes daily breakfast from Day 2 to Day 4, along with lunch and dinner on Days 1, 2, and 3 as part of the jungle resort program. Meals feature a mix of local Nepali flavors and international cuisine, freshly prepared at the resort. Any meals outside the mentioned plan (such as snacks, beverages, or alcoholic drinks) are at personal expense.

For this Chitwan Jungle Stay package, only basic identification is required:

• For Nepalese Citizens: A valid government-issued photo ID (Citizenship card, Driving License, or Passport).

• For Foreign Travelers: A valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity.

• Flight Requirement: A copy of the flight ticket/booking confirmation for Kathmandu–Chitwan–Kathmandu.

• Special Cases: Minors traveling without parents/guardians may require a consent letter.

(No visa or bank documents are required for domestic packages within Nepal.)

• For Nepalese Citizens: No visa is required for domestic travel within Nepal. A valid government-issued photo ID (citizenship, driving license, or passport) is sufficient.

• For Indian Citizens: No visa is required to enter Nepal. A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, voter ID, Aadhaar, etc.) is required for travel and flight check-in.

• For Other Foreign Nationals: A Nepal tourist visa is required. This can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) or from a Nepalese Embassy/Consulate abroad.

  • On-Arrival Visa Processing Time: Usually 15–30 minutes, depending on queues.

  • Documents Required: Valid passport (6 months minimum), passport-size photo, and completed visa form.

  • Duration & Fees: 15 days ($30), 30 days ($50), or 90 days ($125).

• Tour Package & Hotel Accommodation:

  • Cancellation 15 or more working days before departure: Full refund.

  • Cancellation 3–14 working days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost.

  • Cancellation less than 3 working days before departure: No refund.

• Airline Tickets (Kathmandu–Chitwan–Kathmandu):

  • Refunds are subject to the respective airline’s cancellation policies.

  • Some discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable. Please check with our team at the time of booking.

• Optional Add-Ons & Activities:

  • Non-refundable once confirmed, as they are arranged with local operators.

• Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):
