✈️ About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ticketing Officer to join our fast-paced travel operations team. As a core member of Gomayu Holidays, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international flight bookings with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who not only understands airline ticketing inside-out but is also hungry to push boundaries, work with a growth mindset, and become a key pillar in an evolving travel business.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds across global routes.

• Use GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre to manage ticketing efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Provide clients with best available fares, routing, and schedules based on their needs.

• Handle complex itineraries including multi-city and group bookings.

• Monitor booking queues and ensure all reservations are confirmed and ticketed on time.

• Liaise with airlines and consolidators to resolve ticketing issues, schedule changes, and refund delays.

• Keep updated with fare rules, airline policies, travel restrictions, and promotions.

• Collaborate with the sales and visa teams to ensure complete end-to-end travel service.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoicing, and documentation in CRM tools.

• Provide post-ticketing support to clients and troubleshoot in case of flight changes or emergencies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ticketing experience in a travel agency or airline

• Proficiency in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre

• Deep knowledge of fare structures, ticket re-issuance rules, refund processes, and cancellation penalties

• Strong understanding of IATA codes, airport/airline regulations, and international travel norms

• Excellent communication in both English and Nepali

• Strong coordination and multi-tasking abilities under pressure
